Who We Are
We’re JK and AS—two longtime best friends who’ve spent years chasing the “dream” only to realize it wasn’t ours. After a lot of voice notes, coffee-fueled brainstorms, and hard conversations, we realized what we really wanted: freedom. Time. Joy.
Exit Collective was born from that craving—and the belief that exiting the grind isn’t just possible, it’s necessary. This space is for anyone who’s ever wondered if there’s a different way to live and work.
Spoiler: there is. And if you’re here, maybe it’s your passion too.
JK, Co-Founder
I’ve always been the type to build things. Ideas, projects, systems, entire life plans written in the notes app at 2 a.m. But at some point, I realized I didn’t want to build toward burnout anymore.
Right now, I’m still working full-time (hence the hush-hush), but I’m also quietly designing a life with more ease, more autonomy, and more time for the things that matter. I believe freedom isn’t something we wait for—it’s something we create.
AS and I have been best friends for over a decade. We’ve been through nearly every season of life together—moves, messy pivots, late-night identity crises, and so many shared spreadsheets. This new chapter? It’s about exiting the noise and stepping into something softer.
AS, Co-Founder
I’ve always been a bit of a hybrid—equal parts structured and soulful, spreadsheet and sketchbook. I love designing things that work, whether it’s a physical space or a new way of living.
These days, I’m rethinking what success actually looks like—for me, and for the people I care about. Not the performative kind. Not the burnout badge. But something quieter. Lighter. More aligned.
I’m still keeping things anonymous for now, but what I can tell you is this: JK and I have been best friends for over ten years, and we’ve dreamed through a lot together. This space is one of our boldest (and most fun) yet.
